On June 5th ,1992 the Dutch Naval Air Service (M.L.D.) celebrated 75 years of navy aviation in the Netherlands with an Open Day and an Air Show at NAS De Kooij .
Hans took his car and drove to the northern tip of the province of Holland to see what was going on there. This appeared to be an interesting show primarily with lots of helicopters taking part , but also for example an airworthy Firefly and a fly-by of especially decorated Lockheed Orions from NAS Valkenburg .
