In May 2016 Frank visited the “Epopée de l’Industrie et de l’Aeronautique” in Albert, Northern France.
This museum (the name can be translated as “The heroic story of Industry and Aviation”) is a collection of former FAF aircraft, and a number of automobiles and aviation-related materials. In fact every inch of the two museum buildings are crapped with things. A number of aircraft have escaped the chaos and are displayed in an outdoor area. Here’s an impression:
